Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after order ships your item to request a return this also includes requests for returns/exchange of damaged products.  See below for shipping/damaged claims.

Each return request is handled on a case by case basis.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  To request a refund or exchange for damaged merchandise please include a photo of the damaged items and email this information to the email address provided above and place damaged or exchange request in the subject line.  On a case by case basis we will refund, replace or exchange any damaged products.  

Refunds or Exchanges

Each refund request is evaluated on a case by case basis and a approval or denial answer will be given within 24 hours.  To request a refund or exchange: Email the reason for the refund to the email address provided above.  Place refund or exchange request in subject line.  Please include contact information in the body of the email.  For damaged goods refunds please see instructions above.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cassyscreations1024@gmail.com.
